We went there to celebrate our mom’s birthday, and it couldn’t have been a better choice. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the food simply outstanding, and every detail spoke of passion for Abruzzese cuisine and local traditions.

One of the things we loved most is that there’s no fixed menu. Instead, the menu changes every day depending on what’s fresh and available — which means every visit promises something new. The team came to our table to personally explain the dishes, describing where the ingredients came from and how each one was prepared. It’s a beautiful way to connect with the food and the people behind it.

The dishes were full of flavor and creativity, always rooted in local produce and fresh, seasonal ingredients. In one of the photos, you can see a perfectly roasted onion, beautifully presented — rustic yet elegant, with a taste that captures the earthy simplicity of Abruzzo.

To pair with the meal, we enjoyed a bottle of Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo by Ilda Vini — a lovely local rosé with a bright color and fresh, fruity notes that complemented the food perfectly. Cerasuolo is one of Abruzzo’s signature wines, and this one was exceptional: vibrant, balanced, and easy to love.
